Some key success factors I decided on are:

 pH of soil

Proximity to customers

Ease of distribution to retail stores and groceries

Proximity to skilled labour supply

Proximity to suppliers

Ease of transportation and communication i.e accessibility 

Land and construction costs

Security i.e. low crime rates

Energy availability

I will continue to add to this list and try to objectively use them.

Submission of First Draft to Dr Pemberton

Today I sent a rough draft of my FYP progress to my supervisor. Some calculation tables were incomplete in the report but I still submitted it to show where my thought process is at right now.
